    Satvinder is CEO of Geologic, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver decision-grade data, analytics, and intelligence to the energy sector.

    With more than two decades of international leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, Satvinder has led complex organisations operating at the intersection of energy, technology, and industrial systems.

    Before joining Geologic, Satvinder held senior executive roles at global engineering and professional services firms, where he led business transformation, operational improvement, international growth, and the integration of complex portfolios. Earlier in his career, he worked in operational roles on large-scale energy projects with a multinational oil and gas corporation, contributing to the delivery of complex capital developments. He has guided organizations through major turnarounds, strategic change, and periods of market uncertainty.

    Satvinder has also advised UK and Canadian government agencies on energy, trade, and international investment, and participated in senior-level policy and industry forums. He is a regular speaker on energy systems, industrial analytics, and applied AI, and has been featured in national and international media. He holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of York.

    David serves as Chairman of Geologic, bringing over four decades of engineering and executive leadership to the energy sector. Joining the company in 1997, David spent nearly 28 years as CEO, guiding Geologic’s transformation from a niche operator into a global player with operations in Calgary, Houston, and London, and dedicated facilities in India and Pakistan. His strategic vision expanded the product portfolio to include industry-leading solutions like geoSCOUT, DOB Energy, gDC, and Evaluate Energy.

    Prior to Geologic, David held senior executive roles with organizations providing technical and managerial consulting across Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA and a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, and earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He has served as past Chair of the Canadian Energy Executives Association (Oilmen’s) and currently serves on the board of the Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy and the Sir Winston Churchill Society of Calgary.

    Ravdeep is Chief Technology Officer at Geologic, where he leads the company’s Development Operations (DevOps) function, bringing together development, data, IT, product, and AI into a unified team focused on advancing Geologic’s technology and data platform.

    Ravdeep brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience across data‑intensive software organizations in the energy, fintech, and healthcare sectors.

    Most recently, he served as Head of Software & Technology at a global software and consulting company specializing in energy industry solutions, where he led the end‑to‑end modernization of a high‑performance scientific platform.

    Prior to that, he held a senior leadership role with a software platform that helps organizations manage corporate social responsibility and employee-driven charitable giving globally, and a senior leadership role with an integrated equity compensation management platform for private and public companies. In both roles, he scaled engineering organizations significantly and delivered mission‑critical platforms for global clients.

    Ravdeep is recognized for his work in cloud and data platform architecture, AI‑enabled development workflows, and large‑scale organizational transformation, and brings a strong focus on building high‑performing teams and aligning technology execution to long‑term platform strategy.

    Ravdeep holds an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Calgary.

    Andrea brings nearly three decades of trusted leadership to her role as Geologic’s Senior Vice President of Client Relations. After emigrating from Germany in 1996, she led the Finance & Administrative department of a Canadian computing services firm. Following the firm’s acquisition by Geologic in 1997, Andrea took over as the Accounting and Administrative Manager for the merged entity.

    Over her tenure, she has skillfully guided cross-functional teams, including the Customer Experience, Customer Solutions, and Installations Team, as well as Documentation and Business Development. Appointed SVP in 2025, she oversees all client relations functions across Geologic.

    A respected industry leader, Andrea has held senior governance and advisory roles across the Canadian energy sector, including Treasurer and Audit Chair of the Canadian Society for Unconventional Resources, Finance Director of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, and Chair of the Canadian Energy Executives Association (Oilmen’s).

    Sarah is Vice President of Sales and Business Development where she leads customer acquisition, revenue growth, and commercial strategy across upstream oil and gas, midstream and energy adjacent markets. She is passionate about helping organizations unlock the value of data and advanced analytics to make informed critical business decisions.

    Sarah brings extensive experience leading enterprise sales in complex technical environments across the energy and software sectors. Prior to Geologic, Sarah was a senior commercial leader at a leading risk modeling, software and data company in Canada, where she led go-to-market transformation and accelerated client adoption of advanced analytics solutions. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior roles at companies that deliver testing, inspection, certification, waste management and energy infrastructure services, where she managed major corporate accounts, developed sales and commercial processes and talent, and built long-term strategic partnerships with leading producers. Sarah maintains a sharp focus on building high-performing teams, establishing scalable commercial processes, and aligning cross-functional execution to growth objectives, ensuring customer priorities are embedded in every decision.

    Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from Western University, and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Calgary.

    As Vice President Marketing, Paul oversees all aspects of Geologic’s marketing strategy, focusing on global brand recognition, market equity, and demand generation to support revenue growth.

    Paul joined Geologic in 2021 and has since led critical initiatives, including a corporate rebrand, new product launches, digital marketing innovation, strategic thought leadership, and high-impact industry events. He also has executive responsibility for Geologic’s renowned daily energy news operation.

    Paul brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in B2B media and marketing operations. Prior to Geologic, he was Chief Marketing Officer of an international B2B media, data and market intelligence group in London. Previously he also served as President & Publisher of a leading business media group in Canada, with full P&L responsibility for daily media operations, a portfolio of business magazines, contract publishing, and special events. In that role he led the relaunch of the group’s flagship B2B media brand, and the major transition of editorial operations from print to digital. 

    Paul began his career as a UK newspaper journalist. He holds a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University.

    As Vice President of Finance & Administration at Geologic, Kiley oversees the company’s accounting, tax, compliance, human resources, and administrative functions. Since joining Geologic, Kiley has been instrumental in leading significant change to the finance and corporate services of the business while providing valuable strategic insights and leadership to guide decision making at all levels of the organization. During her tenure, she had been a lead in many system implementations for various business functions and has experience in risk management programs, strategic financing, tax strategy, and M&A execution and integration.

    Before joining Geologic, Kiley spent over seven years at a leading international professional services firm in its public company audit practice, where she completed her Chartered Accountant designation. Kiley holds a BBA with a major in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

His approach combines financial discipline with collaborative leadership, focusing on building scalable platforms that unlock new markets.

    Jordan brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience across finance, strategy, and the energy value chain. Early in his career, he gained deep exposure to how businesses operate, perform, and create value through roles spanning corporate audit and corporate finance, working with organizations across upstream and midstream energy systems, including related services and enabling technologies. This background informs his role in shaping Geologic’s growth strategy, commercial execution, and disciplined expansion through acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alberta, is a dual charterholder as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSI).
