(“geoLOGIC”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information in our custody and control and protecting such personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We collect personal information directly from Applicants to assess their suitability for a position of employment or engagement with us and, if necessary, to establish that relationship. Such information includes, but is not limited to: names; home addresses; telephone numbers; email addresses; resumes; reference letters; information about past jobs; and other application-related information.

We use and disclose the personal information about Applicants in our custody and control to assess their suitability for a position of employment or engagement with us and, if necessary, to establish that relationship. These purposes include, but are not limited to: verifying references and qualifications; evaluating qualifications for a particular job or task; complying with applicable employment or privacy laws; any other purpose reasonably required for the administration of our relationships with Applicants; and fulfilling our obligations in respect of legal and regulatory matters.

We may also use or disclose personal information without knowledge or consent where we are permitted or required to do so by applicable law.

6. Notification and Consent
By receiving a copy of this Policy and/or providing personal information to geoLOGIC, Applicants will be deemed to have been notified of and consented to our intended collection, use and disclosure and of personal information for the purposes stated in this Policy unless they advise geoLOGIC otherwise.

There may also be times when Applicants provide geoLOGIC with personal information beyond what has been requested. In those circumstances, the provision of that personal information to geoLOGIC will be deemed to be consent for geoLOGIC to collect, use and disclose that information in accordance with this Policy.

Applicants may also request a correction of their personal information in our possession or control. geoLOGIC will take reasonable steps to correct any personal information if that information is not accurate. 

We will endeavor to respond to any request for access or correction as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law. If access or correction is refused, we will provide reasons for the refusal, the name of the person who can answer questions about the request and advise of the right to have the decision reviewed by the applicable regulatory authority.
